Remaining Present with a Client Experiencing High Emotional or Psychological Response: Recognize dynamics and provide a caring response within our personal and professional boundaries.
Speaker: Linda A. Hazel, Ph.D., LMFT. EMDR-2 - Marriage & Family Therapist in Brentwood, TN
Linda has been a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist for over 35 years. She got her Ph.D. from Kensington University. She got her Masters of Art from Phillips Institute and her LMFT license in Los Angeles. In 1995 she relocated to Nashville. She got her TN LMFT. She worked with women offenders in the Public Defenders office for six years and then she worked for Cumberland Heights Treatment for 14 years. She had always had a part-time private practice but in 2014 she moved to a full-time private practice. She is a Trauma specialist, an Addiction specialist and works with families,couples and individuals. She has presented many workshops and has taught at University Masters programs. She continues her private practice in Brentwood, TN.
