Our own health is crucially important as we run our businesses and serve clients but it’s oftentimes at the bottom of the list. Nan Allison joins us to share her expertise on why we choose the foods we do and the benefits of connected, confident eating. 


The Art and Science of Eating to Your Soul's Satisfaction    

Join us to understand the biology of appetite, mood and emotion; why we choose to eat the food we do; how food connects us to ourselves and others; and how eating patterns disconnect us from ourselves and others.

We’ll gain insight into the five phases leading to connected, confident eating as well as the skills and tools for each phase including new ways of mindful eating, planning meals, and learning about your nutrition needs.

Participants leave with the tools to begin their own action plan toward confident eating and self-connection and will be inspired to take one new step to self-care with our eating.
