WHAT IS NAPO?

The National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals™ (NAPO®) is comprised of approximately 3,500 members dedicated to helping people and organizations bring order and efficiency to their lives. NAPO’s mission is to be the leading source for organizing and productivity professionals by providing exceptional education, enhancing business connections, advancing industry research, and increasing public awareness.

The Nashville Chapter of NAPO was formed in 2008 in order to provide organizing and productivity professionals in the Middle Tennessee region with the same benefits as the national organization on a local level, increasing engagement and connection within its membership.

NAPO Nashville, Inc. is a legal entity separate and distinct from NAPO, Inc. (the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals) and is not entitled to act on behalf of or to bind NAPO, contractually or otherwise.

Sara is the founder and owner of SkillSet Coaching & Organizing, providing hands-on organizing, productivity, and ADD/ADHD coaching services to assist individuals in conquering their challenges with stuff, time, and tasks. Malinda Moseley - Secretary/Director of Administration


Malinda Moseley of Nest Home Organizing provides residential organizing services to clients who need help creating organizational systems that equip them to live more simplified, less-cluttered lives. Malinda earned her NAPO Residential Specialist Certificate in 2018. Contact Malinda.

Julie Berry - Treasurer


Berry Organized offers custom photo organization services so that you can keep your stories front and center. We offer full- service scanning, printed and digital photo organization, photo books, slideshows, converting old media into digitized formats and custom photo gifts. Amy is the founder and owner of Project Organize 615, providing home organization and project management services to ease your workload and stress. Amy and her team specialize in residential and small business organization, move management and project management. Clients

Working Relationships

  • I will serve my clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, and will treat them with respect and courtesy.
  • I will offer services in those areas in which I am qualified and will accurately represent those qualifications in both verbal and written communications.
  • When unable or unqualified to fulfill requests for services, I will make every effort to recommend the services of other qualified professional organizers, productivity consultants and/or other qualified professionals.
  • I will advertise my services in an honest manner and will represent the organizing and productivity profession accurately. 

Confidentiality

  • I will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal, including that which may be revealed by other professional organizers and productivity consultants.
  • I will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.
  • I will keep client information confidential and not use it to benefit myself or my firm, or reveal this information to others. 

Fees

  • I will decide independently and communicate to my client in advance my fees and expenses, and will charge fees and expenses which I deem reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with my experience, the services I deliver, and the responsibility I accept.
  • I will make recommendations for products and services with my client's best interests in mind. 

Colleagues

  • I will seek and maintain an equitable, honorable, and cooperative association with other NAPO members and will treat them with respect and courtesy.
  • I will respect the intellectual property rights (materials, titles, and thematic creations) of my colleagues, and other firms and individuals, and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission. 
  • I will act and speak on a high professional level so as not to bring discredit to the organizing and productivity profession.
