October 2017 Program – Goal Setting 101 with Laura Weldy

The program for our October 12th, 2017 will be an evening meeting. Laura Weldy be sharing effective goal setting strategies. The truth is that if you’re not setting personal and professional goals, you’re trying to win the game of life without knowing any of the rules.

Program Description:

Laura Weldy of The Well Supported Woman knows that setting goals for yourself is critical, and it’s still so easy to ignore or put off. The truth is that if you’re not setting personal and professional goals, you’re trying to win the game of life without knowing any of the rules. If you don’t know what you want and how to accomplish it, how will you ever feel fulfilled? What if your goals worked for you, rather than against you? The key to success in goal setting is learning how to work with your natural tendencies. We’ll talk about Gretchen Rubin’s four tendencies framework, how to set actionable and measurable goals, and the power of community when it comes to achieving them.
